The service
Momenta provides software for digital event experiences — including guest photo and video collection, messages, voice notes, slideshows, seating lookup, and printable QR materials.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and creating events.
Content & guest uploads
You are responsible for content uploaded to your events and for having the rights to share it. Guests should only upload media they are allowed to share. As the host, you decide which features are enabled for your event and how guest content is displayed.
Payments
Paid packages are billed as one-time event payments through Paddle. Features available on an event depend on the package you purchase. See our refund policy for eligibility and how to request a refund. Billing disputes may also be handled under Paddle's policies and applicable law.
Storage & retention
Guest media is stored so you can view, download, and display it. Content is kept according to your event's retention settings and may be deleted when that period ends. We are not responsible for content lost after retention expires or after you delete an event.
Acceptable use
You may not use Momenta for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to upload harmful or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the date below. Continued use of Momenta after an update means you accept the revised terms.
