What we collect

• Organizers: name, email, event details, and account settings when you register or create an event.
• Guests: name (if provided), photos, videos, text messages, voice notes, and seating lookup searches — depending on what the host enables.
• Automatically: basic technical data (IP address, browser, session cookies) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide Momenta — host events, collect guest media, run slideshows and guestbooks, process payments, and apply retention settings. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Storage & retention

Guest media is stored so hosts can view, download, and display it. Content is kept according to the event's retention settings and may be deleted when that period ends.

Sharing

Data may be processed by our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, media storage, payments). Guest content is visible to the event host and, where enabled, to other guests at that event.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Guests should contact the event host first for content uploaded to an event.
